If you're new to Canva you'll need to create an account. Don't worry, standard accounts are free.
Use the Uploads tab in the panel on the left of the Canva workspace to upload your photos and logos and then drag and drop them into place. Alternatively, you can search thousands of free and premium images via the Elements tab. Double click an image to crop, scale and rotate.
Personalise headlines and text by clicking within a text box. If you wish, you can change the font, colour and positioning. Carefully check your finished design before clicking the Download button at the top right of the screen. Remember to select the PDF Print file type before saving the file to your computer. You can then upload this file when placing your order with us. You'll find our handy file uploader on our cart page, just before checkout.
